The Buyer Agrees to the Following: 1. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop or pet shop personnel at any time. 2. If for reasons other than the animal’s health you cannot retain ownership of the kitten, the Seller will be given the right to reclaim this animal. 3. This cat/kitten will be maintained as an indoor-only pet that will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors. 4. This cat/kitten will be provided with a safe and healthy environment. 5. This cat/kitten is purchased for with Seller’s permission to use animal as Pet _____ Breeding _____ and/or Show _____. 6. Provide proper vaccinations for the kitten on a schedule determined by a certified veterinarian. 7. Provide immediate medical care is the cat/kitten shows signs or illness or distress. 8. Never abuse or neglect this cat/kitten in any way. If at any time this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, buyer will surrender said cat/kitten to the seller. 9. Seller agrees to provide pedigree and registrations papers for this cat/kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of neutering or spay, if this cat/kitten was sold as pet. Seller agrees to provide proof of vaccinations and any tests/or exams performed on this cat/kitten. Seller will provide information about how to contact the veterinarian, if requested. 13. If purchased as a pet, buyer agrees to neuter or spay this kitten by 7 months of age, and agrees and guarantees that this kitten WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding. 15. If this kitten is purchased as a pet and not spayed/neutered by 7 months of age than the buyer agrees to pay the seller an additional sum of $500 per breeding. 16. Health Guarantee This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be healthy and current on all necessary vaccinations upon arrival. Its health is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase or arrival if vet checked within that period. The seller recommends that the new cat/kitten be quarantined from other animals during this 72-hour period. If within this period, the cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem that is confirmed by a vet, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller guarantees this Bengal against hereditary defects or life threatening illnesses for 1 year from the contract date. Should this Bengal be diagnosed with the above problems and die, the Seller will replace this Bengal with a Bengal or comparable quality and value when available. The Seller reserves the right to ask for more time should it be deemed necessary. NO Cash refunds will be given at anytime. If the buyer refuses replacement the seller will have no further obligations to this buyer. The total liability to the Seller will not exceed the purchase price of this Bengal. The buyer shall be liable for any transportation and legal fees incurred. Failure to provide veterinary care will render the Seller’s contract guarantees null and void. This cat must be free of parasites, fleas, ear mites, and communicable diseases in order for this Bengal to be returned. If at anytime this Bengal needs to be returned to the seller than the buyer will pay for all travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare, proper crate, and any other required expenses. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value or the purchase price will be refunded, as previously disclosed. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the cat/kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions described in this contract, and agree to pay as stated. Any balance carried over 30 days is subject to $25 service fee per 60 day period and 21% APR. The buyer agrees to provide a monthly statement should a balance be carried over that will show the fees and charges incurred.
